What are the shipping fees?

Shipping costs are included in the price for all Canadian customers for orders over $500.

Customers outside of Canada are asked to contact me through the website ‘Contact’ page to request receive a quote prior to purchase according to size, weight and location.

Those local to Vancouver Island may request an in-person pickup option or will be personally delivered by myself, the artist.

Will I need to pay international duties or taxes?

Yes. All international/foreign customers are responsible for paying any applicable taxes and duties upon receipt of their paintings.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in undamaged condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be fully insured.

To help reduce the chance of needing a return, I offer a complimentary digital mock-up service prior to purchase. This allows you to preview the artwork displayed on your wall in your space. Many customers find this extremely helpful and reassuring.

To arrange a mock-up, please contact me before purchasing and send:

  • A few photos of the space where the artwork will hang

  • The wall dimensions shown in the images

This service helps ensure you feel confident and excited about your selection while saving the cost and hassle of a return.

How soon will my purchase be shipped?

Shipping timelines depend on whether you are purchasing an original artwork or a print.

Original Artwork
Original pieces typically ship within 10 business days. Each artwork is carefully inspected for any touch-ups prior to shipping, and acrylic paintings are varnished before being sent.

Fine Art Prints
Prints are made to order by a professional, gallery-grade art printer. Production and shipping times may vary depending on their schedule.

You will be kept informed throughout the process, and tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery is typically 2–4 weeks for most locations.

How will my artwork arrive?

All paintings on stretched canvas are shipped ready to hang, equipped with professional-grade wire and hardware.

Canvas paintings do not require framing, as the edges are fully painted. Edge colors can also be customized to your preference upon request. If you prefer a framed look, you may take the artwork to your local framing company.

Fine art prints will require framing upon arrival at your preferred local framing shop.

Do you offer custom commissioned artwork?

Yes. I am happy to create custom artwork inspired by pieces you see in my gallery.

If you love a particular painting but need a different size, or would like something similar with specific color or design changes, let’s discuss your vision and come up with a plan.

Commissions are available as long as they are based on existing artwork in my gallery or a specific photo you would like transformed into a painting.

Do you create pet portraits?

Yes! If you would like a portrait of your furry family member, please send as many photos as possible along with details about the setting you envision.

A quote will be provided in advance based on size and level of detail. Pet portraits are a beautiful way to memorialize your companion for years to come.

Pricing: $2.25–$2.75 per square inch
Minimum size: 12 x 12 inches
Recommended size: 16 x 16 inches or larger for best detail
